❓How do pre-orders work?

Most IVIZION drops are released as limited-time pre-orders to secure your size before production.
Our pre-order windows usually last 2–3 weeks (sometimes 4 max) and stock is limited — once the window closes, that's it.

You’re locking in your piece early. Once the pre-order ends, production begins and we ship out as soon as it's complete. You’ll get email updates the whole way.

Pre-orders = guaranteed sizing + early access.
It’s how we keep waste low and quality high.

❓Why are your denim sets over $100?

Because they’re not made like everything else.
Our denim is heavyweight, custom-washed, built with embroidered details, and designed to last. These are pieces made for creators, not consumers. You’re not just paying for fabric — you’re investing in a fit with a purpose.

❓Do you restock your drops?

No restocks.
Everything is limited — once it’s gone, it’s gone.
That’s the point. We make collections for the moment, not for the masses.

❓What size should I get?

All sizing is listed on each product page.
Most pieces fit true to size with a relaxed/streetwear cut.
To help you visualize the fit, we post real people wearing the pieces on our Instagram with their height and size included.

❓When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your item is on the way.

❓Do you offer returns? 

Because our drops are limited, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Double-check size, color, and quantity before checking out.

❓Do you offer bundles or deals?

Yes — we offer exclusive bundle pricing for supporters who want to grab more than one piece.

❓How do I care for my IVIZION pieces?

Take care of your gear and it’ll ride with you longer.
Tops & Bottoms:

  • Cold wash

  • Low heat dry or hang dry

  • Flip inside out to protect graphics

  • Do not bleach

Hats:

  • Spot clean only

  • Do not machine wash or soak
